All Germany and France orders are still being processed and dispatched via DPD. The rest of our international orders are being processed via DHL. Please note some deliveries may take slightly longer than usual but we are finding 98% of orders are arriving as usual.
All European orders are dispatched via DHL Express or DPD service dependent on your location. Please allow 1-3 working days.
Rest Of The World Deliveries (outside the EU)
All orders from outside of the EU are dispatched via DHL Express and occasionally via Royal Mail.
Please note 90% of these deliveries take 3 - 5 working days delivery maximum, however sometimes it may take longer depending on customs.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Tic Watches, for a full refund within 30 days. The returned items must be unworn and still have all packaging and tags attached.

Please note occasionally deliveries may take slightly longer due to customs and if your address is a remote location. Customs is out of control and sometimes customs clearance can take 30 working days. Please note this is out of control.
Some countries may charge import duties at customs which the customer is liable for. If the customer refuses to pay this fee, then the delivery costs will be the customers responsibility as will as the handling fee and returns cost from the courier.
All countries outside the EU, Norway, Denmark and Switzerland charge import duties, so please be aware about these fees before purchasing from Tic Watches.
