International Returns - We offer a 30 day return policy on all orders. The customer is responsible to return the item, this is not a free return service for international orders.
Import Duties - Some countries may charge import duties/vat at customs which the customer is liable for. If the customer refuses to pay this fee, the parcel will be returned and then the delivery costs will be the customers responsibility as will as the handling fee and returns cost from the courier. Once the delivery is received back we will issue a full refund less these costs for refused deliveries. You can find our more information speaking to your local Customs department.
Customs Inspections - Please note occasionally deliveries may take slightly longer due to customs and if your address is a remote location. Customs is out of control and sometimes customs clearance can take 30 working days. Please note this is out of our control.
Brexit - As the UK left the EU due to Brexit on January 1st 2021 all orders we dispatch from the UK to Europe will be zero VAT. This means you will NOT be charged the 20% UK VAT and the product is 20% cheaper however on entry into your country you will have local VAT and duty to pay.
