International Delivery Information

European Deliveries
All European orders including Republic of Ireland are dispatched via DHL Express or DPD service dependent on your location.  Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery depending on your customs.  Also as the UK left the EU due to Brexit on January 1st 2021 all orders we dispatch from the UK to Europe will be zero VAT.  This means you will NOT be charged the 20% UK VAT and the product is 20% cheaper however on entry into your country any item over 22 euros will have local VAT and duty to pay.  This is the customers responsibility as we have not charged UK VAT and by placing an order with Tic Watches you agree to these terms.

Rest Of The World Deliveries (outside the EU)
All orders from outside of the EU are dispatched via DHL Express and occasionally via Royal Mail.  Please note 90% of these deliveries take 3-7 working days delivery maximum, however sometimes it may take longer depending on customs.

We recommend all International customers include a valid contact number and email address when placing an order as this can help with customs clearance and ensure a fast delivery.  If this information is missing it can slow down your deliveries an occasionally the goods will be returned to us undelivered.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Tic Watches, for a full refund within 30 days. The returned items must be unworn and still have all packaging and tags attached.

Some countries may charge import duties/vat at customs which the customer is liable for.   If the customer refuses to pay this fee, the parcel will be returned and then the delivery costs will be the customers responsibility as will as the handling fee and returns cost from the courier.  Once the delivery is received back we will issue a full refund less these costs for refused deliveries.
