Official UK Stockists – Warranty

Please note for brands we are official UK stockists for as advertised on our website the watch will come with a manufacturer’s warranty.   This means if the watch develops a fault in the warranty period you will have to send the watch directly back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement under warranty.  Please note you will have to cover postage fees for the repair.  Also note repairs generally take from 7-28 working days, however occasionally repairs can take longer if parts are not stock parts and need to be ordered in.

 

Tic Watches - Warranty

For brands which we Tic Watches are not official UK stockists for as advertised on our website we offer an in house Tic Watches warranty.  Again this means if the watch develops a fault in the warranty period you will have to send the watch back to us for repair or replacement under warranty.  If the watch develops an issue within 60 days we will cover the postage.  If it’s longer than this the customer has to cover the postage fees.  Please note repairs generally take from 7-28 working days.  However occasionally repairs can take longer if parts are not stock parts and need to be ordered in.

 

The warranty type and length is always stated with a product in the specifications of each product.
