Warranties
All our watches come with a 1 or 2yrs manufacturers warranty unless stated differently in the product description. Please be aware of some internet watch companies not offering any warranty with their watches. All watches purchased from TicTrading Limited are guaranteed authentic, brand new, in original condition with all boxes, instruction manuals, thus exactly as you would buy them from the High Street.
All warranties cover malfunctions due to manufacturing & material defects, battery replacement & water resistance under regular use within the manufacturer’s specifications. The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals or glass, leather or fabric straps, damage due to excessive wear & tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations & damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. The warranty covers all parts and labour or replacement of the watch within the warranty period.
The warranty type and length is always stated with a product in the specifications of each product.
