Returns Policy

Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods.  Claims will NOT be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

The decision of whether a refund is given will be made by the Customer Services Manager.  The cost of any items found to be damaged in transit, inedible or missing will be refunded to you within 7 working days of us receiving the items back.

You can contact Customer Services at:

Our returns address is:

TICWATCHES LIMITED
Chancery House

4-6 Horsemarket

Darlington

DL1 5PW

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued.  If the product is found to have a defect you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available).

Returned goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging.  On returning your goods, the box should also be returned undamaged and as received.  This must be wrapped in an extra outer layer.  Failure to do so could result in only a partial refund being issued.

Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting as proof you have sent the package.  Royal Mail charge for issuing a certificate.  If you return an item without proof of postage and it is lost in transit we reserve the right not to issue a refund.  You are responsible for the item until we receive it therefore we suggest you return the parcel using Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or similar.

We will not refund the postage paid by the customer on unwanted returned items or sizing issues (so please contact us regarding sizing prior to ordering if you are unsure).

You will be liable for the return costs of delivery and a full refund for the goods will be made to you within 7 days of cancellation less postage costs and any payment fees charged.  For instance Paypal charges 3.4% to send payments.

This does NOT apply to perishable items such as food.

This complies with the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
