Christmas Return Policy
We generally offer a 30 day return policy, however in the run up to Christmas we are aware most orders are for Christmas presents. Due to this any orders placed now can be returned up and till the 31st January 2014. Please note that returned item/items must be returned unworn, still have all packaging, tags attached and returned as new.

Under the United Kingdom's Long Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Tic Watches, for a full refund within 30 days.
To cancel your Order please email@example.com with your order reference number in the title. If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. We recommend you send any item back to us recorded so you have proof of delivery as you are responsible for the goods until returned to ourself. All items must be returned unworn, with all packaging and tags still attached.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note:
