The watch is finished in an amazing high quality grey rubber (TPU) strap finish and brought to life with the touch or your finger tip. Touching the dial unveils the LED display making this the coolest touch screen watch. Swiping across the dial allows you to access functions such as alarm and timer. The watch alarm vibrates rather than making a noise hence the name Mutewatch. The battery life lasts between 1-3 weeks depending on usage but can be recharged very easily via a USB-port. The watch enters into hibernation mode when battery is too low. Reactivate from hibernation mode by plugging into a USB-port. The watch will arrive in hibernation mode and will have to be activated using a USB-port. All watches are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded free of charge unless you upgrade your delivery at checkout. This service usually takes 1-4 working days delivery. However if in the unlikely event your item is not delivered within this timescale the item is not considered lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days has elapsed. Items sent by this service are insured up to £41.00 and a signature is required from the delivery address. If no one is present at the time of the delivery Royal Mail will put a card through your post box allowing you to collect from your local sorting office or to arrange re-delivery. Items sent by this service are insured and require a signature on delivery.

Delivery outside the EU (including USA, Canada & Australia)
Shipping outside the EU is £15.00. All watches will be shipped within 24 hours of the order been placed but can take approximately up to 7 – 14 working days to arrive depending on your country and your local customs. Extend Christmas Return Policy

We are aware many orders placed this time of year are for Christmas Gifts so we have already extended our returns policy.  All orders placed after the Monday 1st October 2012 can be returned until Friday 25th January 2013. This allows any unwanted gifts to be exchanged for an alternative model or a full refund. Please note all watches must be returned as new with all packaging and tags still attached.

Returns
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from TicWatches, for a full refund within 14 days. The returned items must be unworn and still have all packaging and tags attached.
